To help bring in more bus drivers, the district is offering a $1,000 incentive to current employees who refer a successful bus driver candidate. The successful candidate must be employed for a minimum of 90 days and have a valid commercial driver’s licence (CDL). The incentive is also available for trainee referrals who successfully complete the training process, earn their CDL, and remain employed in good standing for a minimum of 90 days.
