Are you interested in keeping your staff retained and well? This seminar will explore strategies that organizations can implement to prevent burnout among providers who work with diverse populations. During this seminar we will:

  • Validate the additional systemic issues and stress providers often have to address when working with diverse populations.
  • Compare and contrast burnout, vicarious trauma and stress, and racial battle fatigue.
  • Develop innovative strategies for provider wellness and restoration

This program has been approved for 2 social work CEUs in the states of Missouri and Illinois. Due to the subject matter, this program may be counted towards a cultural competency requirement.
